These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("you") and DocFlow AI ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the DocFlow AI mobile application (the "App").
By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.
DocFlow AI provides document scanning, OCR, PDF management, and AI integration tools. You agree to use these services only for lawful purposes. You must not use the App to process illegal, copyrighted, or sensitive data without authorization.
Certain features require "Credits". Credits can be purchased using Solana (SOL) or other supported payment methods. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. Prices are subject to change.
The App integrates with the Solana blockchain. You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible. We do not have custody of your wallet's private keys. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and ensuring transaction accuracy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DocFlow AI and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
In no event shall DocFlow AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms.
